If you can share a little bit of kindness each day you can make a difference in someone’s life. If you help others feel a sense of worth, think about the positive moments that touch their lives each day, give a little to someone who is struggling - you can make a difference.
It's the little things that make a difference. Be kind to animals and children. Smile at people you pass on the street. Talk to people. Sometimes a kind word or a little of your time can make such a huge difference to someone's day - it can mean the world to a lonely person.
There is too much violence and hatred in our world. As a race, humans would be judged and found wanting. We are cruel, uncaring, violent, greedy.... but within each of our hearts there is the capacity to love, to do good, to help others.
In an ideal world there would be no pain and suffering - only good health and happiness. There would be no war, no hate for our fellow man. We would have a cure for every disease. There would be no poverty.
Unfortunately there is no ideal world - we have to face our challenges head on. But a little kindness and compassion from our fellow man can help ease the burden. Reach within yourself and find your inner goodness, and then reach out to someone else.
Make a difference today.
